Ted provides senior support for a broad range of projects, with a focus on brownfields and site redevelopment. He has over 30 years of project strategy and project management experience in the brownfields, civil engineering, and environmental engineering fields. He is responsible for a wide range of investigation, design, and construction programs and projects on sites in which economic opportunities exist but are stymied by environmental impairments. Ted has led or has been otherwise intimately involved in nearly all MFA brownfields efforts in Oregon and many throughout the Northwest. He regularly works with client’s senior and executive management, their legal counsel, and the overall project team both when setting strategy and approach and during project implementation.

A favorite project and why?

Oregon State University Cascades Campus has to be at the top of the list. They are doing great things at their Bend campus, applying cutting edge technologies into the overall campus expansion, and bringing a creative and world-class institution to a great city. And it’s my alma mater!
