Community Involvement
Finding ways to give back to the communities where we live and work is a natural extension of MFA’s consulting work. We focus our giving in three areas: environmental stewardship, housing and houselessness, and STEM education.

Our DEI Strategic Plan is a collaborative product created by MFA staff of all levels and an outside DEI consultant. It informs the services we offer, our employees’ experiences, how we show up in our communities, and how we talk about our work and our purpose. As we learn and grow, so does our DEI Strategic Plan.
