Leslie Riley provides project oversight and technical air quality and environmental support for clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. Leslie has an academic background in civil and environmental engineering and over four years of professional experience in air quality and consulting services.

Leslie Riley provides project oversight and technical air quality and environmental support for clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. Leslie has an academic background in civil and environmental engineering and over four years of professional experience in air quality and consulting services.

Leslie excels in local, state, and federal air permitting and compliance assistance; emissions inventory development; air toxics inventory development; human health risk assessments; hazard consequence assessments; pollution control evaluation; and source test coordination and oversight. She has experience with industrial ventilation design, Best Available Control Technology, and visibility analyses. As a modeler, Leslie uses AERMOD to develop air dispersion models, the Federal Highway Administrations Traffic Noise Model to develop noise impact evaluations, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Motor Vehicle Emission Simulator to model mobile source emissions.
