Brian has more than ten years of experience in air quality and compliance consulting services. His specialties include state and federal air quality permitting applicability analyses, emissions inventory development, air dispersion modeling, human health risk assessment, industrial ventilation system design, AutoCAD design services, toxic release inventory reporting, and building tools for data management and facility recordkeeping.

Brian has more than ten years of experience in air quality and compliance consulting services. His specialties include state and federal air quality permitting applicability analyses, emissions inventory development, air dispersion modeling, human health risk assessment, industrial ventilation system design, AutoCAD design services, toxic release inventory reporting, and building tools for data management and facility recordkeeping. At MFA, Brian manages multiple projects across a wide variety of industries, including, but not limited to, forest products, renewable fuel products, aggregate mining, waste management, and metal and alloy production.

Brian has significant experience preparing air quality permit application materials and regularly communicates with state and local regulatory authorities about emission estimate methodologies, dispersion modeling techniques, and regulation applicability. He also regularly attends local association conferences in the Pacific Northwest and has led several presentations on air dispersion modeling techniques and how to navigate the Cleaner Air Oregon permitting program. Brian is passionate about soccer and enjoys backpacking around the Pacific Northwest forests with his wife and friends when he’s not at work.
