Michael has over 20 years of experience completing due diligence and preacquisition screening for property redevelopment as well as conducting site characterization, remedial investigations, and cleanup actions at contaminated sites for both private and government clients.

Michael has over 20 years of experience completing due diligence and preacquisition screening for property redevelopment as well as conducting site characterization, remedial investigations, and cleanup actions at contaminated sites for both private and government clients. He has managed a wide variety of hazardous waste- and petroleum-contaminated sites including marine terminals, airport facilities, bulk terminals, petroleum pipeline releases, leaking underground storage tanks, dry cleaners, and wood pole treatment and storage yards. 

Michael’s areas of expertise are in project management, transparent project communication and organization, and strategy development. He is the program manager for several contracts with public agencies. These contracts have provided Michael with broad experience in the planning and completion of environmental projects from inception to closure. He has in-depth knowledge of Oregon environmental regulations and experience negotiating with regulators.
