Alfredo graduated from Washington State University in 2019. His studies at WSU included geotechnical and structural engineering, water resources, and forensic engineering. Alfredo’s education is complemented by over five years of construction experience in land development, pipelaying, and traffic control supervision.

Alfredo graduated from Washington State University in 2019. His studies at WSU included geotechnical and structural engineering, water resources, and forensic engineering. Alfredo’s education is complemented by over five years of construction experience in land development, pipelaying, and traffic control supervision.

Since joining MFA, Alfredo has worked on a diverse array of site development projects, encompassing environmental remediation designs and brownfield revitalizations, as well as commercial and industrial greenfield developments. Alfredo has used his knowledge to design and assist in various aspects of site development projects such as potable water systems; sanitary lift stations; stormwater conveyance and treatment systems; erosion-control compliance; roadway infrastructure design; master utility planning; and the complex process of securing construction and environmental permits at local, state, and federal levels.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself! 

I taught English to middle schoolers in Taiwan for a year. It was simultaneously the fastest and slowest year of my life. Throughout this time, I had the opportunity to make meaningful connections with remarkable individuals and explore the beautiful landscapes of Taiwan.
