After over a decade of working in the hospitality industry and successfully managing restaurants, Rachel discovered that her true passion lay in connecting with people and building successful teams. She transitioned to the field of Human Resources, dedicating eight years to an engineering firm where she honed her expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, and strategic workforce planning. 

At MFA, Rachel excels in aligning candidates with their ideal job opportunities. She assumes the role of a trusted guide on every new employee's journey at MFA, ensuring seamless integration and providing the necessary tools for success. Rachel sees herself as not just a colleague but a dedicated ally in each employee's career path; her genuine commitment is evident in her unwavering support for each employee.

Outside MFA, Rachel cherishes moments spent with her three children. She's an avid fan of Seahawks and WSU football and, when time allows, delights in preparing delicious Sunday dinners. Go Cougs!
