Nicole conducts hazardous building material assessments, leads environmental and geotechnical fieldwork, and prepares reports for sites in eastern Washington and Idaho. Her fieldwork includes soil, groundwater, surface water, vapor, and sediment sampling; monitoring well installation oversight; monitoring well development; and geologic borehole logging.

Nicole conducts hazardous building material assessments, leads environmental and geotechnical fieldwork, and prepares reports for sites in eastern Washington and Idaho. Her fieldwork includes soil, groundwater, surface water, vapor, and sediment sampling; monitoring well installation oversight; monitoring well development; and geologic borehole logging. Her expertise includes hazardous building material assessments including lead-based paint and asbestos sampling. She has prepared numerous remedial investigation reports, sampling and analysis plans, contaminated media management plans, and groundwater monitoring reports. 

As a project manager, Nicole is responsible for all aspects of remedial investigations, including determining and tracking scope and budget, collaborating with remedial design engineers, conducting fieldwork, coordinating contractors and team members, client communications, data analysis and reporting, and maintaining quality assurance for all work products. Her project and task management expertise spans the entire spectrum of environmental assessment, including environmental due diligence, remedial investigation and data gap evaluation, and performance monitoring. Nicole’s specific technical and project management expertise includes preparing work plans and field sampling plans that incorporate design objectives; executing field investigations to assess or monitor soil, sediment, surface water, and groundwater; conducting data management and analysis; and interacting and communicating with regulatory agencies.

Goats (too many to list them all, but our favorites are Peaches, Pearl, Kitchen Sink, and Krispy Kreme), dogs (Bandit, Phia, and Riggs), a cat (Iggy), and chickens (no names).
