Neil’s expertise includes industrial facility siting and expansion, solid waste and hazardous waste facilities, and industrial wastewater and stormwater management. He has been the project manager and lead engineer for multimillion-dollar industrial siting projects involving master planning, permitting, civil design, and construction management.

He has served as an expert witness for a variety of legal proceedings and has testified at and conducted numerous public hearings for various types of projects. Neil is a technical resource and a mentor for MFA personnel and has added value to the company’s development and its projects.

Where is your hometown/where did you grow up

I was born and raised in Tumwater, Washington, and enjoyed the lake, swamp, and woods around my home. Tumwater has a lot to do with my relationship with our environment to this day.
