Matt has over 20 years of experience advising public and private clients on real estate matters related to land use planning, development economics, and real estate strategy. Along with this expertise, his technical dexterity, environmental science background, and public engagement experience are instrumental to providing actionable guidance related to predevelopment feasibility and alternatives analysis, property and portfolio valuation, market analysis, site search and property due diligence, and acquisitions and dispositions. When Matt’s not excitedly working on an MFA project, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors with his family or rooting on one of his beloved Michigan-based sports teams.
