A member of the communications team at MFA, Jack is proud of his ability to engage with communities, gaining their input and their trust and ensuring they are well-informed on local infrastructure and legislative projects, some of which are quite large and consequential.

A member of the communications team at MFA, Jack is proud of his ability to engage with communities, gaining their input and their trust and ensuring they are well-informed on local infrastructure and legislative projects, some of which are quite large and consequential. Having a wealth of experience at both written and in-person communications, Jack has helped clients with community outreach all over the state of Washington.

Outside the office, Jack can be found riding his bike, traveling, fixing his (often) broken car, and getting far too stressed out by the Seattle Mariners.

What was your first job? Does it relate to what you’re doing now?

My first job was in a bike shop, Recycled Cycles in Seattle’s University District. I was a shy kid growing up, but working in such a public-facing environment got me out of my shell and taught me to love getting to know strangers.
