Hilary joined the MFA team in 2019. With over nine years of Human Resources experience in both established publishing companies and younger manufacturing firms, Hilary brings a variety of skills to MFA. As the HR and benefits specialist, she helps manage, direct, and plan group programs across MFA locations in three states. Hilary is a seasoned collaborator who relishes the opportunity to help employees problem-solve. She supports employees with time-sensitive decisions and provides specialized guidance about employee benefit plans.

Do you have any pets? What are their names? 

I have two tortoiseshell cats, Shoyu and Dashi. I grew up always having a cat, and I don’t know if there will ever be a time when I don’t want one. An evening wouldn’t be perfect if there wasn’t a cat snuggling on my lap. I once read that a cat can’t be spoiled if they deserve it, and that applies to my cats.
