Eric graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in environmental and soil science. In college, he worked with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, completing environmental fieldwork and assisting with SWPPP and NPDES permitting. After college, he discovered the world of health and safety and now has experience completing asbestos, lead, and PCB surveys; industrial hygiene monitoring and reporting; IAQs; Legionella risk assessments; and stormwater inspections. He has a passion for making the world a better place, whether it's on a personal scale or a global one, and hopes to use his education and skill set to serve others.

Outside office hours, Eric enjoys cycling, cooking, reading, playing video games, watching hockey, immersing himself in nature, and the Oxford comma.

If you were not a health and safety specialist, what would you be?

If I did not work in the world of health and safety, my ideal job would be an F1 driver. I’ve always had a passion for cars and driving, and competing in F1 would be a dream come true.
