Colleen Newell

Colleen has over eight years of communications and outreach experience, with a background in both educational and nonprofit organizations. Her extensive expertise enables her to deliver a diverse range of communication services while thriving in a dynamic, hands-on environment. Whether she's spearheading community outreach efforts for an environmental cleanup project or providing day-to-day communications support for a regional port, Colleen loves the diversity of her work and the new challenges that come with it.

Having lived and worked in different locations nationwide, from Chicago to Washington, DC, Colleen has recently settled back in the Northwest and proudly calls Portland her home. Outside work, Colleen can be found running, biking, bouldering, or playing soccer—rain or shine. When she's not chasing her next adventure, Colleen enjoys practicing improv with her troupe or trying out the newest board game in her collection.
