Ada designs both simple and complex green stormwater infrastructure and advanced treatment systems and implements cost-effective pollution-control best management practices. She manages projects that involve hydrologic, hydraulic, and hydrodynamic modeling; engineering reports; stormwater plans; effluent mixing studies; source control evaluations; recontamination evaluations; and construction and permitting documents, as well as strategic recommendations and cost analyses. Ada has managed projects that involve extensive coordination and communications between industrial and municipal clients, regulatory agencies, and technical staff. In her free time, Ada sits on the board of directors for the Red Sweater Project, a nonprofit that operates a school in rural Tanzania, where she channeled her passion for clean water into the design and construction of a campus water storage and distribution system and composting toilets.
