The WTS Puget Sound/Seattle Chapter has released its 2026 Glass Ceiling Report, a biannual study examining barriers to advancement for women and gender-diverse professionals in the transportation industry.

Maul Foster & Alongi is proud to support this effort. Kathryn Murdock served as Co-Chair of the Glass Ceiling Committee, helping lead the research, surveys, and development of the report. Our team also contributed to the report’s development through graphic design and layout support, helping bring the findings to life in a clear, accessible format.

Advancing Equity in the Transportation Industry

The report builds on prior research to better understand workplace challenges, track progress, and inform actions that advance equity across the industry. 

Report Launch and Industry Discussion

WTS Puget Sound recently hosted a launch event at the Seattle Public Library featuring a panel discussion with industry leaders, highlighting key themes from the report and a facilitated panel conversation around return-to-office policies.
