Chad Darby, Principal Air Quality Specialist, MFA
Chad Darby has more than 30 years of professional experience in the air quality science and engineering field, with project management in throughout the U.S. and internationally. This includes construction and operation permitting; emission testing; emission inventory development, pollution control evaluation; multimedia compliance auditing; odor monitoring and mitigation; and business strategy development. Additionally, Chad has prepared numerous air quality and climate sections for environmental impact reports and statements under NEPA, SEPA, and CEQA. Chad has assisted numerous industrial facilities with their Climate Protection Program permit applications. Chad regularly provides presentations on air quality topics, teaches classes, and provides expert testimony.
Jeffrey Hunter, Partner, Perkins Coie
Jeff Hunter is a partner with Perkins Coie focusing his practice on a wide-variety of issues related to the environment including: regulatory compliance; administrative enforcement and environmental litigation, including white collar criminal matters; permitting, development, and defending against permit challenges; cleanup and redevelopment of contaminated industrial and commercial properties; brownfield redevelopment projects; and environmental due diligence in real estate and corporate transactions. Jeff’s environmental counseling and administrative enforcement experience implicates the Clean Air Act; the Clean Water Act; the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act; the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act; the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA);. He is also knowledgeable regarding the Occupational Safety and Health Administration; and the Mine Safety and Health Act.
