Civic Commons Comprehensive and Scalable Starter Home Production Plan
Maul Foster & Alongi partnered with Civic Commons and the Washington State Housing Finance Commission to create a scalable plan for increasing starter home production across Washington. The strategy includes playbooks for policy reform and a demonstration program using offsite construction. It’s a practical roadmap for expanding affordable homeownership statewide.
