Lily is a staff environmental scientist with experience in environmental compliance, sustainability, and ecological assessments. She has worked on projects that balance development with environmental responsibility, including habitat evaluations, resource management, and initiatives focused on reducing risks to public health and restoring ecological integrity. Her work often involves translating complex environmental data into practical solutions that support both regulatory compliance and conservation goals.

Lily has collaborated with diverse clients and projects, from large-scale developments to community-based initiatives. Outside of work, she enjoys whitewater rafting and gardening, often creating her own canned recipes from the produce she grows.

What is your go-to weekend hobby?

My garden is my happy place! I’ve been experimenting with homemade canning recipes —like habanero cherry jam, salsa verde and tangy pickled vegetables—from my own harvest. Really, anything outdoors! In the summer I spend as much time as possible whitewater paddleboarding or rafting, camping, hiking or soaking up the sun on our boat while my husband fishes.
