With over 23 years of experience, Ellery is a skilled professional engineer with a background in construction observation and coordination. He worked on the construction of many large-scale water systems, sanitary and storm sewers, and street projects. This valuable field experience has translated into the keen ability to produce designs that facilitate the construction process.

With over 23 years of experience, Ellery is a skilled professional engineer with a background in construction observation and coordination. He worked on the construction of many large-scale water systems, sanitary and storm sewers, and street projects. This valuable field experience has translated into the keen ability to produce designs that facilitate the construction process.

Ellery’s design experience includes large and small water storage and distribution systems, water source design and development, sanitary and storm sewer systems, rural highways, and local streets. His planning experience includes water and sewer master plans and hydraulic water model development and calibration. Ellery has also been involved in traffic planning and studies, environmental assessments and reports, and project management for a number of large and small projects throughout Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Montana.
